The new boots for climbing and mountaineering TRANGO TECH LEATHER GORETEX MOUNTAINEERING BOOTS have arrived, they present a compact and high-performance structure made of Nubuck leather and microfiber.
It has a GORETEX inner lining that offers comfort at all times. It has a 4mm thick insole that provides maximum comfort. It has a shock-absorbent polyurethane midsole and helps the prolonged use of the boot.
It has a 3D Flex braided support system that optimizes mobility and stability. Its sole is made with Vibram Cube technology that has a lower volume, reducing the weight of the boot and guaranteeing maximum grip.
Lightweight and flexible boot particularly suitable for alpine hiking, technical approach routes and as work shoes for mountain guides and rescuers.
Trango Tech GTX is the lightweight, flexible boot that is particularly suitable for alpine hikes, technical approach routes and as work boots for alpine guides and rescuers. The uppers are made from abrasion resistant fabric with Thermo Tech Injection, special structural applications in thermo-plastic material over-injected in order to minimize seams and keep weight to a minimum. The lacing up to the toe allows for the maximum adjustment of the volumes and the loop hooks help further contain the weight. The integrated tongue in the uppers uses a soft stretch fabric, and the ergonomic shape with very compact external volumes and the enveloping fit, make the product very comfortable and suitable for prolonged use. The anti-shock midsole in low density polyurethane reduces impact with the ground during walking and maintains its characteristics over time. The 3D Flex System facilitates mobility of the ankle to provide precise support on rough terrain, while the La Sportiva Cube Sole made by Vibram with differentiated lugs, provides excellent support on all types of terrain. Yes this boot will take C1 crampon and possibly a C2 crampon. These are a small fitying boot so size up one or even 2 sizes.

Yeah, there are crampons that will fit this boot. You just need to order the correct ones, i.e. without buckles and semi-automatic (with buckle for the heel).

Yes, it is a semi-rigid, semi-automatic cramponable boot. You can wear universal C1 strap crampons, or also C2 semi-automatic crampons, with a tab on the back. I wear them with Black Diamond semi-automatics and they are perfect.
