Size problem

The problem with this jacket is that I ordered a size M, but a size MT arrived (which I did not know existed) which fits me well. However, it is extremely long in the torso and sleeves. From what I found out, the size MT is for someone of my build, but he is about 189 cm (I am 180 cm). Because I am from Chile, it is more expensive for me to send the jacket back to Spain to request a refund than its own value, so I will try to solve it in a tailor shop. In terms of design and quality, it is good like any adidas jacket and the other 3 products I bought fit me perfectly.
