The bra is very comfortable for both the gym and running, I have tried it in both cases. I have a small chest so I don't know how it will be to run if you have a lot of chest. Generally, the ones with light support are good for me for both sports. I recommend it 100%. I wish they released it in more colors because the cut feels very good.
