I am really satisfied with the product. Delivery time more than reasonable. Affordable price. Impeccable packaging and protected product. The part adapts very well to the JOBY photo stand. This allows me to fit 2 lenses for the same tripod.

I confess that I bought it with some trepidation, thinking that it would not arrive, that it was of poor quality or even that it did not fit on the tripod. I was positively surprised, great quality, very accurate, perfect. I was able to follow the tracking.

Great service and delivery all the way to Australia. The product is exactly what I needed for my second tripod. If I was only reviewing the product I would happily give 5 stars. I took one star off because TrekkINN hopelessly over packaged my product. A HUGE, heavy plastic bag contained a quite well manufacturer's packaged product which was then wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap by TrekkINN. For a company that promotes the great outdoors to be so unaware of sensible packaging is quite sad :(
